Michael Rothschild has been with the firm for over 30 years and currently serves as Vice President. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, and in 2013 was awarded the prestigious Residential Management Executive of the year by REBNY. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors of CHIP and Real Estate Board’s Residential Management Council. Michael supervises major capital improvement projects and oversees and negotiates utilities and fuel contracts. His strong financial background is a vital asset to our clients particularly in preparation of annual budgets and capital planning and development.

John Economou joined AJ Clarke in 2001 and now serves as Treasurer and oversees the internal operations of the firm. John is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Bar in New York with a strong foundation in insurance. In addition to his extensive knowledge of property management and legal matters, John specializes in rent laws and guidelines, contract negotiations and apartment acquisitions.
